My Last Semester (Hopefully)

One month has passed since my last post, and just when I know it, my final semester has commenced. I've grown accustomed to the pre-commencement rituals of the new semester, Allocate+, Blackboard, Finance Department and soon, I won't need to do all these already.

I'm somehow blurred out on where I stand this semester, maybe because of the fact, I missed the first two days of class(as if this is such a big deal). Why did I miss? I was in KL, living the life, forgetting the reality of life for 10 days and gone into my hibernation mode from all things in Kuching. And now that I'm back, it's time to face everything! The final blow of pressure, university life, and ignorance of what the future may bring after university.

What I'm especially not looking forward to is the fact that I finally have to face, looking for an actual job! I dread when this moment may come, it indicates I have to be independent, responsible and leaving my teenage life for the early stages of adulthood! Nooo!!!! All I ask for, all I pray for, is that for this sem to be the best semester ever, all things would come my way, and time would spare me so that I can grasp the last moments of my uni life. =)

The First of Kuching Fest 2011

Not much of a food post just to update on my favourite food festivity (or the only one) of the year…

Finally got the chance to explore this years event with Kwee and Nacy….

After walking around, there is tons of shops and some, disappointing to say, are repetitive which makes it harder to know which is the better shop than the other. Really, especially taiwan sausages and teo chew oyster pancakes.

Walking round the garden, this year’s garden was nothing much impressive… Compared to previous years, there were no plants on display but rather they were displaying what was already there. So much for a ‘Garden Show’. Hrmmm..

No matter what, this won’t be my last time there! I’m in need of more food from Kuching Fest. Trust me, I’ll be back!

On another note, three of us got tattoos! =P The airbrush type of course! And I love mine soooo much!

Mine resembles an anklet with a cross dangling… I thinks it looks unique and I love looking at it!

Also, I finally, FINALLY, got my name written on a rice grain! YEAY!!!

My Japanese Buffet Craving

I had a really bad craving for Riverside Majestic’s Japanese buffet and finally together with my besties, I satisfied the best crave evaaa! With a free flow of sushi, OMG, GALORE!!!

And the only part of the Salmon I would eat raw, Salmon Belly! It tasted soooo good, so fresh and so much more!

Dilemma!

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve considered to get a sleeve for my MacbookPro. What’s holding me back is either the design or the price of the sleeves. The ones in Kuching are too common or not nice at all…

Some of the casings that I’ve considered and have searched around the net:-

Clean look leather sleeve. Doesn’t shout “Edina” though… And abit pricy as well!

Should I opt for this one instead where I can put all my gear in as well?

This design speaks my name all the way, but white? Hrmmm…

I like this one too, but again, I’m just scared that the white might easily get dirty…

This one is a black version of the previous one. Abit boring?

Haiz… So hard to make a simple decision. I’m in need of a new sleeve, ergh!!!

The After Exams Getaway

After the 12 weeks torture of my previous Semester, I was happy the end of the semester permitted our trip to Sematan!!!!! Road trip here we come!

6 of us altogether, Adrien, Maria, Kasun, and the other two not in the picture, Kevin and Justin in the front seat, we were all prepared for a 3 days 2 night escape! =D

Finally arriving in Sematan Palm Beach Resort and starting to get crazeee!

Off to the beach we go as soon as we dropped our bags!

We played ball at the beach, floated while the waves carry us, relaxed ourselves in the calm weather….

One thing I love about Sematan is that the ocean is far clean and less salty as compared to Damai… and the beach is super big as well!!!

My Unintended Nightmares

The past few weeks or so, I've been so demotivated but my woes... I feel this is so unnecessary to feel this way but I just can't help myself.

My MacbookPro was sent back because of a hardware problem and even though it's been almost two months, I've not gotten it back. To make things even more miserable, my iPhone suddenly failed on me. The sleep button stop working and it cost me alot just to repair it. After that, when I thought it was okay, my iPhone's wifi decided to fail on me as well. =( And so I sent it back for repair.

So it has almost been two weeks or so without both my Apple products, and I don't know why, I stupidly have bad dreams and I couldn't keep myself calm and think straight. It felt as if I was departed from my lover. Exaggerated as it may seem, I never intended for it to be this way, but yea, it really felt like that.

Today, I'm glad to say, I have both my babies back and I couldn't be more relieved! My wifi is still not working but I care less about that already. I'm just really thankful that I have it all back... =)

Last semester, I had my first assignment-based subject, Capstone 1.

Usually, I stick to my group of friends so that we could form our usual groupings. Too bad this time, I had to be separated and learn to adapt with other students. I was glad that I teamed up with this pack of magnificent hard working peeps!

The Attention Seekers we were called, and for our final project, we really stepped it up! With colour coded outfits to match, we took this final presentation seriously…

I’m proud that my team members were willing to do anything for the group and work hard to strive for it! I somehow really treasure this moment and miss it so much!

Next semester, I would be embarking on another subject similar to this one, and I’m really hoping for the best!

A Night at the New Carvery

The debater gang have been wanting to have a nice dinner outing and finally we got the chance.

Carvery is of course famous for their buffer, where servers come up to your table and serve you with your choice of assorted meat.

Nacy’s 21st Big Bash

My first evar 21st birthday celebration I’ve been invited to among my friends. I don’t really know how a 21st birthday celebration is like and after attending this one, It’s almost like a minor rendition of “My Super Sweet 16”! LOL.

It’s nice that for once ALLL of our friends can be gathered at one place. But I can feel Nacy’s pain, how to entertain EVERYONE??? =P

The Eve of Nacy’s 21st

So this year its all about the 21s and yea, it’s a pretty big year for all of us. And for Nacy’s big day, there was no way it should be excluded.

As planned, Kwee and I were to wait for her till she finishes her orchestra practice. And to break the cake tradition, we bought her something else…

Burger!!! LOL! We had a gooood reason… You’ll know real soon!

And as we waited and waited, finally she reached home!

Even though it wasn’t time yet, Happy Birthday Nace! =DD

Also, since Fany wasn’t with us this year, she’s still with us virtually… Thanks to Skype and an iPhone, she’s with us. LOL.

We waited till 12 to wish her happy birthday before we left.

And so my shopping post starts here… Sad to say, there wasn’t much stuff that I really got… Come to think of it, my $$$ has been decreasing a lot but seriously, I do not know where my money went…

First of all, this is not my mum… She’s my aunt. And she’s in most of the pictures cos ze uncle was taking em…

Just to recap my trip, I conquered Orchard road and most of the other shopping malls...

Went to the biggest IT exhibition I’ve seen so far!

Discovered new look where I got all my bags!

Conquered the longest escalator in Singapore

Singapore Yum Yums in Just One Post =D

For some of you who knew I went to Singapore about three years ago, my food trip this time is nothing different. It was a reminisce of the good food I had before and now in better quality pictures. =D

Day 1

While I was at the airport, I was seriously craving for fast food. Burger King was closed and so I roamed around till I found this, Texas Chicken. So so but still, I was satisfied.

For late lunch, we were off to Chinatown for the best wanton noodle in Singapore!!! =P

And for dinner… Ajisen Ramen… My all time favourite Ramen!!!

Day 4

Lunch @ Tony Roma’s!!!! I’ve been waiting for this the whole trip!

Tag lined the best ribs in America!!! And it totally was. KL’s Tony Roma’s is a real disappointment cause they don’t serve pork. Say no more. Sg has it!

I ordered baby ribs and sirloin steak set…

Let me give you abit of a zoom in of my medium well juicy steak…

And my tender and delicious baby ribs!!! OMG!!! *Jaws dropping*

For dinner, I had authentic claypot rice in Geylang!!! And it was yum yum yum!

The lady was too fast I couldn’t take picture of the nice dressings on top of the HUGE claypot.

Anyway, we ate other stuff as well, but it was soo good, I totally forgot to snap some pics.. =P

For supper, we went to Chinatown!

My aunt was craving for Ah Balling Glutinous Rice Ball Soup…

Inside each ball was filled with peanut filing. Not my fav, but it was nice to try.

For desserts, I had soursop ice kacang. REFRESHINGGGG!

Day 5

Quick Breakfast @ GoGo Franks!

Something like Hot & Roll @ Spring, I liked it cause they used gourmet sausages…

I ordered Chicken Sausage Paratha…

And damn, I loved it! Mustard, mayo, paratha and chicken sausage!

For lunch, we had Burger King…

Opps, not to forget my partner for the day Shiela!!! Was so grateful she came all the way from JB to shop with me!!! I missed the moments babe!

I ate mash potato beef burger which was so so…

But I really loved the chicken tenders and black pepper wings… =DDD

And for the first time…

I tried macaroons!!! =D I’ve been seeing it everywhere on the internet and was really wondering how it would taste like…

We bought milk chocolate…

And also wild strawberry, which was their bestseller…

I personally loved the strawberry cos it had filling inside… And the verdict,macaroon is oh k… Not fantastic, but something that everyone should try…

So the last thing that I must not return Kuching without…

MOTIVATION!!!

As the days go by, I find myself drowned in a sea of assignments, responsibilities and homework! I just wanna find some 'umphh' to push me to get me through this horrendous week....

Also, one main thing that has been pulling me off is the stupid internet line. I hate it when someone hogs the line and is so inconsiderate about other users! Urgh! Sometimes I feel when the internet connection is down, that's when I usually throw a fit and my mood goes tumbling down! Result: postpone work again cos of my bad mood!!!

Oh please, I wish in these three days I have, I would be able to clear of my to do list and would be able to feel that sense of accomplishment by the end of this week! Oh please.... I begga begga begga begga begggg!!!! ><

Yesterday was Friday, and Saturday comes After!

Yes, as sucky the lyrics are for Rebecca Black’s Friday, who doesn’t want a Friday to come. I do. =D

And so today is a Saturday.

Finally, I have one day all to myself, recovering from the bomb that was dropped upon me for the past one month. I finally have space to breath, clear my mine and finish what I have to finish.

Just to recap the whole month of March:-

I’ve had meetingSSS like nobody’s business! And I even think my planner can’t take it anymore
Been given the chance to experience how radicals stand out. Yes, I’m talking about TLS.
Queued in line, or shall I say made myself sardine in a sea of people just to get my parking pass for next month! Seriously, this issue needs solving.
Played Monopoly Deal to the point that the first thing you do in every meal with friends is DEAL!
Procrastinated with unit assessments when I shouldn’t be.
Not getting enough sleep to the point of getting sick! Twice this month!

So yea, its not over yet but I’m just glad I have today to let this all out. Tomorrow shall be another day and the continuance of the life of a busy teen.

Plus, I’m actually looking forward to the end of next week. Even though I may be alone, I’m hoping it will be my getaway from reality awhile but there’s still stuff that is holding me back!

Capitol Satay Celup

So here’s somewhere we went the same night in Melaka.

As you can see, this shop opens from 5pm and it operates till late midnight.

Popular as it seems, we had to wait in queue just to get our seats… But I guess it’s worth the wait right? =D

Here’s the bunch of us food explorers, eager to get a taste of Melaka’s best!

And here’s my Marian gang!!! Omigosh how I miss all you!

Once we got in, we went straight to get our food. As confused as I was, the only thing I could understand at that time, satay celup resembles Lok Lok, but instead of eating it with chilli, you dip the whole thing into a bowl of boiling peanut sauce.

We’re ready!!! Chose our weapons. LOL. I chose mostly chicken, tofu, fish balls and other funny funny stuff. =P All RM0.80 per stick.

The lady comes, with a pot of peanut sauce, switches on the stove, and adds in tons and tons of of condiments into the sauce. Hrmmm…

And here we go! DIP AWAY!!!

Keep it dipping awhile…

And voila! Bon apetit!

My comments? YUMMMM!!! =DDDD Go try for yourself if you’re down in Melaka! Something new to experience.

And at the end of the your whole meal, you realise how much you’ve eaten when the lady comes counting the bundle of sticks! See our bundle. Yea! That’s how much we’ve eaten!

Wishes and Hopes

I have a fear in me. It tells me that I may not be able to survive this battle. The many temptations of this world is wearing me down. I wish... I wish...

If only I would be able to face these troubles with confidence.
If only I could be super women.
If only what they say about me was true.
If only I was as strong as they say I am.

So am I? The following days would only tell. And I just wish... Just wish... Time forgives me and gives me a chance. *HOPE* =)

Jonker Walk at Night

During my last trip to KL (end of December), it was intended for me to spend more time with my high school friends! So as soon as I touched down KL LCCT, I was welcomed by my beloved cintan-cinton!!! LOL!

And our first agenda, ROAD TRIP to MELAKA!!!!

This was my first evar road trip with my friends in West Malaysia and I’m happy to say, the company was good!

Our first destination as soon as we reached Melaka was Jonker Street. On weekends, they have the night market. Alike Kuching Fest, there’s food everywhere but besides that, they have cool stuff they sell too along the street!

While walking around, there was this weird stench that filled the air. At first we were thinking, where’s the garbage coming from and the more we walked, we saw this!

Smelly tofu! In Malaysia! Just before my trip to KL I was telling Fany about smelly tofu and to experience it myself all of a sudden, who would expect! It’s so stinky and the smell was so disgusting but of course!!! I needed to try this!

The tofu was basically fried, and was topped with homemade chilly sauce.

And the verdict?

Horrifying! I despised the taste! I could literally taste garbage in my mouth. However, Ann said that it was ok… So yea, all my share for her. =D

The next thing we tried was simple Taiwan Sausage.

Nothing extra ordinary, but still delicious. =DD And that’s Ann posing with her Taiwan sausage and hogging all the smelly tofu! LOL!

Next, pandan muaci!!!

The texture wasn’t to sticky and the ground peanut was perfect! NICCCEEEE…..

Another specialty that I was told a must try at Jonker Street, popiah.

Well, it looks different and taste different. Not bad ler, but not really much of our taste. However, don’t take my word for it! Go try it for yourself.

And something which is so common nowadays, twister fries!

I think there was around 3 to 5 stalls selling this and as you walk you can see everyone holding a stick of this fries. Well, we decided to join in the crowd.

The last thing we tried, Fish Ball Celup!

It’s fish ball dipped in Satay gravy. As some of you know I <3 Curry Fish Balls, and after trying this, I have no regrets. It’s nothing fantastic but obviously you can’t find it everywhere.

Well, that’s all on food galore along Jonker Street. =D

And to sign off the post, where would you find a ship along the empty streets? LOL.

Marble Nail Art

Maybe some of you may know about marble nail art, but for those of you who don’t, prepare to be sakai-ed. =D

Recently, Maria slept over at my place and doing some of the gurly stuff we do in sleepovers, she introduced me to this new technique of nail painting. You can just YouTube the term “Marble Nail Art” and you will see tons of tutorials.

This was our attempt on the technique!

Well, not as successful, for some reason, we don’t have enough variation of colours and also, the quality of the nail polish I had wasn’t that good….

It’s been some time since I’ve written and to be able to write again, I’m somehow excited! ^^ Firstly, SORRY again for privatising my blog. So back to my birthday, I'll describe it in what word, FABULOUS!!!

From the stroke of 12, to the very end, it was really an endless celebration!

KWee, Nacy and Fany (my dear F4), surprised me with their phone call at midnight, and the big surprise, there were outside my gate, bearing a cake surrounded by candles in a heart shaped form and also a packet of red coloured eggs to start off my birthday... =D

How sweet of you guys!! =D The very next day, or should I say a few hours later, I was booked for a luncheon at Elephant Cafe with the Swinburne Gang... When i arrived, there was super long table prepared for us, and I was to be seated at the edge of the table...

Me facing the back, I was suddenly surprised by another group of friends, my CPA gang!!! Awww!!! Bearing my yummy black forest cake which I loved so much, I was so touched by the sight of the many people who really cared for me. Thanks guys!!!

At night, I was scheduled for yet another surprise. Surprise tak menjadi, cos the guys were too predictable! Debaters gang... But no biggy guys, I enjoyed the celebration that all of you organised!

I was brought to Jambu for dinner, with my favourite order of Sizzling steak and accompanied by fantastic people, the night was the tip of the iceberg! And so, it did not end there, as EXPECTED again, I got smudge all over with eeky icing cake just like last year!!! Ergh! I can still smell the icing it disgust me sooo much!!!

After dinner, unexpectedly, the night continued with K session at KBox! So party all night it was for me... =PAnd finally at the stike of 2am 3rd November, I'm finally back home, hangover from the day I just had... After taking maybe half and hour just to freshen up myself from the disgusting icing, I could finally seat in front of my laptop thanking everyone in my heart for the day I had... And as I was staring around my desktop....

Another surprise! Kwee, Nacy and Fany made a video for me.. Honestly, I teared at the end of the video as I imagine the effort they put into every detail and how much I was worth in their hearts... I didn't know how else could I thank them for everything...

I wanted to upload the video, but too bad video was too long in duration... When I'm free enough, I'll find a way to share the video.. It deserves the credit well enough. =D

On a side note, now its time to review all my gifts!!! ^^

Another crazy idea by the three of them, a gift certificate to redeem my birthday presents from them and a food voucher for me to splurge on my birthday!!

Fan, the voucher is nice!!! I'll keep it properly aite!!!

And my uncle gave me this, a set of imported goods.... Hrmmm.... SWEEEEET!

And from everyone!!! This year I've definitely got the most presents compared to the past few years in uni!! Thanks all of you for the awesome presents!!!

Not to mention, it's actually my 21st birthday according to the Chinese calendar... So I got this lock and key pendant from my aunt... Nice! =D

So here ends the whole birthday explosion! I'm lost for words already....

But too the people that deserve the most credits...

Counting Down the Hours

As I'm posting this, its approximately 9pm... So, it means 3 more hours when I will be officially 20 years old...

I have no idea why I feel very clueless this year... Like somehow, my birthday won't be as special as how it used to feel like... Maybe I'm not a kid anymore, so the excitement is less I suppose...

Oh wells, as some of you know, I have been going crazy spamming everyone's Facebook page cos I was participating in this "DiGi Youth" competition to win RM10000 for my school... And progress.. No 3 up to now... =( In order for me to win, I must get No 1 by 7pm (2nd November) but somehow I feel, the prize looks so far away from my hands... I just wish that maybe, some miracle might happen tomorrow and votes would suddenly shoot up... If any of you still wanna make the effort to help make this dream come true, please click here.

One more thing that I'm KINDA looking forward to, my Top 10 list of those who wished me first on my birthday... Since I first started it, it was awesome that some of my friends are very enthusiastic about making themselves in the list. The Delizze and Bday Combination

I had expectations already seeing that some other bloggers had recommended the place. =D

Probably not the best mushroom soup I've tasted but it was so so...

Not bad either. Personally, I prefer the pizza at Bella Italia or Merdeka Palace...

My Main Course: Half Roasted Chicken with Mash Potatoes!

And here we go, birthday boy and girl happy with their ice cream cake!

And so yea, the final verdict, if some of you don't know, Delizze is famous for its bread and I still think its bread triumphs its dishes... I do however feel that the food is worth trying so no harm coming. =D

By the way, CPA gang, you guys made me laugh so much I haven't had that much fun during dinner!!! We should gather more!!!

Another wonderful activity that we've work hard for:: Young Apprentice Program (YAP)

A two day event in aims of bringing differences together, gaining new knowledge and discovering something that is unimaginable.

Personally, I thought or I've hoped, the whole event went pretty well and the goals were met. As a president looking over the new committee that are to work together for the first time, I'm happy that they were able to bring something to the table, plan together as a team and most importantly...

HAVE FUN!!!

During the course of YAP, there were the usuals ice breaking and team building games. However, what I thought that made this event unique was the Entrepreneurship game that challenged the participants to face us *so-called* critical judges who would determine the effectiveness of their ideas proposed.

And my comments to all the teams, brava!!! You guys were so sporting even though some of our comments may be offensive...

And another activity that I missed so much since my Girls' Brigade days, the CITY HUNT! A way to explore Kuching city, exercise, and have a sense of adventure venturing around the city! I salute the participants who raced their way from point A all the way to Z with such great spirit and determination, 11 claps just for all of you!!! =D

Something I've learnt, friendship is priceless. Just within two days, its amazing how 60 people can bond so fast and treasure experience and memories so much. I thank all the participants who were sporting enough to go through the whole program and I thank everyone for being the best crazee people that makes YAP soooo special!!!

Graduation Day

I know it's kinda late to write on this, but for the sake of keeping this blog alive, I think this is NECESSARY!

This year was my first time attending graduation to support friends. There was so much hoo haa on what gifts to get, how big the gift should be, who should you give, and how many should you get... Come to think of it, it's almost like finding a birthday present only more complicated!

So here are the bunch of bouquets we got. All for our CPA gang who's going to graduate!

Also, this year's graduation was held at the new Borneo Convention Centre (BCCK) and which was also my first time there, so can say I was kinda *sakai* when I entered the place.

The best part about watching these seniors graduates gives me this bright hope, that some day, I will graduate too hopefully with my fellow close friends sharing this wonderful moment.

It made me somehow wanna get through graduation as fast as possible just to live that very moment... And also to imagine, you could see who cared for you the most, and who would wait for you outside that hall, bearing gifts for you just to congratulate you and be apart of your happy day... =D

Anyway, I'm so happy for all of my seniors who have graduated and I just wanna say I'm so proud of all of you!!!

May this not be the end of such a wonderful friendship and just the beginning of another phase in life. ^^

My very first iPhone. =D Even though the wait was simply a torture, 1 month to be exact, the wait was well worth it.

For my first iPhone, the interface and all, its good. =D

Some of the main features that made me want the iPhone 4 so badly,

the 5 megapixel camera with flash.

Facetime! pure wifi! =D but too bad this requires other iPhone 4 to join in.

HD Video recording.. *sorry no video, cause the video i uploaded damn sia soi* =P

And besides that, cool apps that I can finally use as my own!! Muahaha!

So yea, its justified, I'm DAMN happy! =D

The Joys of Raya 2010

Like no raya I've ever experienced before *I think*... This year was the most 'happening' one...

First day like the previous year, my fellow Marian seniors were kind enough to invite me to their raya visiting escapades to their ex-classmates houses. =D

2nd day was solely dedicated to Swinburnians... And boy was it a tiring one....

My favourite thing about this years raya, rendang, curry, lemang, horlick lapis! =D Most of the things that I don't get any other day of the year...

And so to speak, raya was also a good reason for me to dress up after being so casual during uni days...

One thing however I hate about this years, raya, theres only one day from me to escape from uni while local uni students have 1 week holidays and that sucks! Just 3 days of raya fun while others get more. =(

On the 3rd day, gladly I decided to wear my kurung and join in my other ex-marian friends. And unexpectedly, we met more people as the day progressed and so when it came to the final house, there were a bunch of us. =D

Getting to meet people that you have long to meet, that was a precious gift...

And so, I had fun and on the forth day, I had a present, food poisoning. =.=

Nevertheless, I hope I'm not too late... To all my fellow readers:-

I'm the kind of person who can be easily distracted. Just after having two months worth of holiday, I was off my mojo... I was still lagging on responsibilities and it takes me awhile to digest how urgent a matter was.

Things are getting even worse now with all the hoo haa thats going to happen this semester... Deadlines are to be met, errands to be accomplished, assignments to be done, studies to be revised and social life to be balanced off.

And when you thought that you have the weekends or holidays to look forward to and you decide to even give a s**t about it, you suddenly get off track once again after that and so, its back to square one.

Its really frustrating sometimes to have this happening. All I wish is that life would be simple and just work without stressing over things like these. Even a planner isn't helping anymore. I just don't give a f nemore. -.-

As requested by Fany, a birthday bash with homemade food... But first, a lil surprise from us...

KWee, Chloe and I, successfully baked Fany a birthday cake.. Two to be exact! Chocolate Moist Cake and Chocolate Brownie...

A successful attempt despite previously having to fail at making my aunt's chocolate brownie!

And on the actual day of her birthday, friends united, and so there we were preparing a feast... Homemade pizza, mash potatoes, Homemade fries, salad... =D

I was kinda dissapointed that I wasn't able to find one fuggin crust round Kuching, end up, we improvised by using bread... Not bad at all...

Dinner's ready. Yum Yum Yum....

And after dinner.... Game time... Played "Bluff" which I was really bad at, couldn't lie at all..

And played heart attack!!! I like!

Also, Fan's eyetoy! It was really fun to see everyone having fun together after having everyone going their seperate ways...

Miss Chloe Oh's Birthday... Went to Red Colosseum, Premier 101 for karaoke... *Chloe's favourite past time. =D*

It's very cheap ooo.... Round RM8 from 12pm - 7pm... Sing until you sien also!!

Aside singing, we had a KFC feast... But too bad birthday girl couldn really eat cos shes was not feeling too well...

And of course.... We sang her the birthday song with the karaoke accompaniment and we will never forget her favourite flavour cake, American Chocolate Cake!

After K session, we were supposed to go for dinner at Delizze but everyone was full. So we had to improvise abit (we are one bunch of people who has problem making decisions!) end ended up at my house playing Big 2, Heart Attack and Pool!!!!

Tray Cafe with CPAASC Gang

Finally, all of us gathered after so longgg!!! I was really wondering when we would have another gathering like this, and yes, it came to reality. =D

Some of us weren't able to make it, but yea, we have to make the best of it and of course, all of us miss the rest of you too!

Our destination:: Tray Cafe, after so many rave reviews I guess I should experience it for myself...

Oreo Crush! Served in a jar-like container, and the taste! Veli niceeee...

And as I was browsing through their menu, I wanted to try their mushroom soup.

It's RM6, taste, nothing special but not bad ler.... Sweet taste and creamy.

And for main course, RM17.50 Cordon Bleu. Comments: must try! but I guess the only missing ingredient was ham? I thought all Cordon Bleu's had ham... Putting that aside, I still felt the chicken was juicy and it fit the cheese combination as well.

And the edinameter:: 8 out of 10. Somewhere that I would go back. The only problem I had was that the food was abit overpriced and too bad, it only opens at night just like The Junk.

After dinner, Jacob came by to join the crowd. =D

Another special thing about the cafe, you can draw whatever you want on their wall....

We made our mark as well. =D Try to spot it if you're there!

Just as I woke up, got a call from Christine, my ex-classmate from St. Mary... I got ready straight away and then headed to Spring and chit-chatted away keeping up with lost time with her. =D

Not much to be said but that night, promised Adrien that I would go Kuching Fest with the debaters. It was really something different for me...

The last few times I went was all about food food food... This time, funny, we were in the midst of those crowds listening eagerly to salesmen blah-ing their way to sell of their products and also stuffed with sooo many people just to play a game that sometimes you don't realise that you would never win but you thought would be just a those lucky ones instead...

My Sing-Along-Song

Just a lil intro of what I did on Friday night.... First time going to Popwave! And also first time going for karaoke with my besties... Effa came back for a one week holiday and so couldn't miss the chance to SING!!!

For RM22 from 8.30pm - 1.00am. I'm a lil lazy to say anything, but I think the pictures would say alot about our crazy night. =P

After Popwave and after almost losing our voices, we were all craving for McD!!! Finally! McD after sooo long!

Spicy Chicken McDeluxe for me, McChicken for Beybie and GCB for Effa. Not bad la actually GCB... Hahaha... The way Effa ate it, made me wanna eat it even more...

And so the night went on with hilarious jokes and awesome girl talk.... Awesome eyh...

And total duration of the sweet blissful night that I of course already miss, lets just say I got back at 3.30am. O.O

Was dying to try something at Delizze, Kuching (Premier 101). So yeah, I could only choose something light and I chose Cold Cuts Sandwiches for RM9.90.

Not a fantastic picture but this was the best I could do with my current resources at that moment. Getting back to the dish, it was fantastic! The cuts and bread were goooood!

I'm hoping to go back and try something else soon!

Colour My Life

Short updates people!

Suddenly, and I mean all of a sudden, =.=" everything just piles up! In one week! Before this I was like a zombie, walking around not consciously knowing what I was doing and filling my days with crappy useless routines. =P

Now, one week to go till school reopens, I'm one eager uni student, can't wait to go back to that stressful days and this is my warm up!

Apart from this, nothing special going on at the moment. I'm on a 5 season Grey's Anatomy marathon and if there are any takers, I need to find resources for this sem's subjects! Bahaha... SOooo lazy! Okay, I'm talking crap now. Better be off. =P

So two days ago, after being super idle from the usual social life, I've finally met up with KWee, Fany and Nacy!!! =D

And our destination, KUCHING FEST!!! Finally!

I've been anticipating this for so long and after hearing rumuors that there are more variety of choices compared to previous years, yes, finally I'm here.

After going around, yes, there were more stalls... However, there were too many repeated shops! Especially for taiwan sausages, teo chiew orr chien and also japanese okonomiyaki which in fact, non of the above were not of my liking...

So here are the stuff that we bought and shared... Basically I was the one that become the "decider" and bought what ever I felt okay for our dinner. =P

We sat at a place far from the stuffy crowd, we sat by the bench near the lake, where it was more windy and more enjoyable. =)

I saw everyone fussing over this, german sausages...

We bought all 4 flavours at RM12. However, it dissapointed me big time. It was too oily
and quite tasteless. Hrmm...

Like last year, I've eaten this, fried hot dogs in batter.

Not bad but a lil bit too much...

And stuff that I did like,

Yakitori chicken stick, curry fishball and twister fries... The yakitori chicken was definitely my favourite and I recommend it to all of you.

The twister fries, I've eaten this before somewhere else and wasn't really a fan, but if you wanna try, don't wat the one near KFC. Eat the one that's somewhere near the middle area... I find it better tasting...

And something that I can eat, Fried Crispy Orr Chien!

I had the teo chew type as its a bit icky for my taste... I'm happy theres someone selling the crispy type and its only RM10! But on the downside, its super duper oily!!!

Fried mushrooms... Not much to comment on this but I recommend having it with sauce!

And something that I definitely must eat, mua chi!!!!

After Kuching Fest, my favourite ritual, CAR RIDE!!!! =D

And after driving and driving around, we stumbled upon this.

KFC Drive Thru.. LOL. The sakainess. Sabrina told me about this, but this is the first time I experienced it.

Despite feeling full, we forced ourselves to order something. =P

And yes, excited2, we bought the new hot and spicy nuggets.. NICE!

So if you never experienced drive thru before, make sure to experience it for yourself!

Oh ya, that afternoon, I helped my granmother with some baking...

6 Devils of My House.

Alright, from the sounds of it, I was imagining 6 crazy ghosts or something stuck in a house making a girl's life miserable... Well, I'm almost there. =P

It's about this girl, who somehow got stuck to a contract because of a 100 million yen debt. So she then becomes a "mother" to these 6 guys. Okay2... Too much information.. You really need to watch to understand it!

But the best part about this drama::

Maki Horikita playing the leading actress! My hero... I loved her since Hana Kimi....

Anyway, why you should watch these jap series?

Heres more goodies from my recent KL trip. I'm actually getting more frustrated that plus sizes clothing are depleting at this very moment. It's either that the clothes are not at it's right place, or it's me who is not at the right place! Ergh...

And here I digress... =P

Ok, back to the real stuff, despite spending so much but bringing back so little home, here are some of my splurges:::

This is something I never planned to buy... It looks like a CD cover... But inside it, its a friggin RM200 lens protector!

Its suppose to increase my camera life. How the science works? When you off an on your cam you tend to get particles into the camera and in the long term, these particles would accumulate and jam the mechanism inside.... I don't know how true this is, but I thought it was better to play safe. =3

Next item...

RM15 each. I heart these watches! The best part, they look expensive! Muahaha...

And the next few items, I would categorise under the kawaii book,

A miniature mahjong tile phone chain. Couldn't resist not buying.

The Extended KL Stay

Opps! Turns out, that wasn't my last day!!! Gah.. I guess you should know that I actually extended my stay in KL... =) Only me actually, so that I could spend more time with my relatives in KL.

As soon as I was welcomed into their home, my uncle brought me and my cousin for mamak food!!! YAY!!!

Maggi goreng! Been dying to try this! Yums!

Roti tisu... Nothing fantastic...

On Wednesday, my cuz brought me to Pavillion for a new lunch experience. I must say, it really made my day!

Its actually japanese sizzling plate cuisine where you have hands on frying on the plate...

First, spread their specialty butter around the meat. I chose pepper steak.

Faster flip the meat before the sizzle effect stops.

And voila!!!! Delicious pepper steak done... And I must say the meat is supper tender and it seriously taste sooo good!

But on the down side, it is abit pricy... My dish cost around RM28. O.O

After walking around, we had high tea at this place....

And very unique, while waiting for your order, they give you this "beeping UFO"

Once it vibrates, you can collect your order at the counter....

We had the Snowflake Bestseller which had peanuts, taro balls and pearls... I love the taro balls cos its so chewyyy...

And the best thing about this hot dessert is that when it cools down, it turns to jelly!

And I love this one!!! Sea Amber Jelly!!!! A real must try!

Before we left, we took the opportunity to buy something at The Loaf by Dr Mahathir cos everytime I pass by this shop, its always jam pack with people... Meaning it should be nice right?

Our choices...

Cheese tomato naan... At first I thought it would taste like some indian cuisine, but it taste more like pizza... Nice!

And I love this! Crispy cheese with black sesame pastry... VERY VERY NICE!

This is a baguette... LOL....

But actually, it wasn't as nice as I thought it would be... abit hard!

This caught my eye the first time I saw it in the bakery! Chocolate Danish!!! Really really worth it! No wonder people queue for the bread!

And on another night, we had tom yam steamboat...

The mountain of food:::

Came with pan mee and rice noodles...

And I find this very weird... Fish noodles...

Verdict::: Not bad at all... Tom yam soup was tasteful but the steamboat experience was nothing special ler...

On the fifth day, we had sushi at Sushi Zanmai...

My first time...

I ordered, soft shell crab and ebi tempura temaki... The other one was my cuz's...

And also soft shell crab maki...

And soft shell crab okonimiyaki.. which was not that nice....

I know(2)... its a soft shell crab feast!

Apart from that, the stuff I love, salmon teriyaki...

And classic chicken teriyaki!!! Uwaa... I want summore...

Nacy... Look! We finally got these... Actually left one more and we would have the whole set! This was actually the egg capsule thingy where u have to depend on your luck to get which item you wanted...

For dinner that night, chinese food!!! I miss!

On Sunday, we had a western dinner at::

They served bottomless rounds of peanuts... According to my cousin, after you eat, you just throw the shells on the ground, but they changed their concept so I didn't get to dirty their floor. =P

I ordered rib eye steak... OMG... I could die!!!

And this was nice too... Their wings were very tasteful...

Certainly the dinner was jaw dropping! Eheheh...

One of the nights we had takeout pizza from Domino's.

When you want thin crust, always call Domino's... Hehehe...

And that night too... My uncle brought me to a Durian Buffet!

It was supposed to be RM10 but I think is off peak hours so they charged us RM15...

OMG... First time I ate so much durian... but it was nice... hehehe,...

And on my second last day in KL, had Nando's....

It's something like Kenny Rogers, but they're famous for their sauce!

My dish... Half chicken with peri fries and peri corn...

That night too, met up with Ann and she brought me for dinner at a nearby mamak stall... I attempted their Maggi goreng but fail la.... =(

But this was nice.... Naan with mozerella and ham!!!

See how cheesy it was... hhehehe....

And just before I left for the airport, I had a last dinner with my uncle and his family at WOO LAN...

Just a quickie on life as it is recently.

Living a life of a vampire every single day, sleeping when most people are deep in their dreams and waking up when most people are sleepy from work lunch breaks.
Having movie marathons! Recently finished with 3 seasons of Nanny, 3 seasons of Ugly Betty, and yet to come, Chuck, America's Next Top Model, Girls Next Door, One Tree Hill, Sex and the City, Grey's Anatomy and the list goes on! Not to mention over 150++ movies to finish. FML.
I am dead lazy to reorganise my room. But does it really need any reorganising??!! This amoi just wants some self satisfaction.
Craving for tons of food right now!!! Not to mention the many movies I wanna watch at MBO!!! Friends, bring me out!!!
I feel like baking and cooking so many foood! Ergh!!! From brownies, cookies to spaghetti and gourmet food... O.O
I need something so badly... If not, I'm getting worst!
I'm still due in formatting two computers, visiting the dentist and going for a body check up.

And I guess, thats my life up to now. =)

Day 3 of D'4 Shopping Marathon

Last day for shopping! And actually a day for meeting people.

Took the train to Midvalley via Bukit Jalil... I hate KTM!!!

We actually had a mission early that morning, but before that, a quick breakfast at Jusco! My favourite chicken skewers and Cheese croquette...

And I see someone loving it as well. =P

So back to the real mission, Nacy wanted to surprise her good friend Cindy prior to her birthday... I actually blogged about them before. *to know more click here*

And before meeting someone else, we went to Madam Kwan's for lunch... I ate fish noodle soup... Okok...

Well, this is the highlight of the day! A date with Mr Edwin Wong and his family~ at Italiannies!!! My first time and I've always wanted to try since everyone is going crazy over this place!

While waiting for our food... Patiently...

Starters.... Simple bread with olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Yums!

After dinner, he supposedly wanted to bring us straight for supper, which we thought was crazy, and so we pursuaded him to bring us round KL since he wants to return the favour. =)

First stop, KLCC... Eventually, I realised it was my first time taking picture there as well despite my frequent trips to KL...

And after that we toured the KL city area inside the car...

This down here is the after math of Petaling Street! Disgusting!

Ok... Clear your mind off that image... We went to the so called mamak district in OUG, Steven's Corner!

I love this Roti Tisu! Eventhough its not as long as the one in Kayu, but its taste is different, abit of the normal sweetness plus a pinch of the sourness like in Tosai.

And this is puyuh... I can't recall what it's called in English. =.="

And this is niceeee!!! Cheese naan! I'm gonna try more of this next time!

Delicious!!! And not to mention, this is the latest I've been out in KL... Coincidentally, it was the final match between Germany and Uruguay so we stayed and watched abit and by the time we were back, it was about 4am in the morning already!! O.O

And of course, thanks Edwin for the great night! We really did enjoyed our last night in KL!!!! =D

Day 2 of D'4 Shopping Marathon

Second day: Took the LRT to 1 Utama shopping centre... My goodness was it a long ride!

As soon as we arrived in 1U, we were STARVING! We decided to go Dragon-I as Fany's dad wanted to treat us for a meal! Yay! *FYI, credit card!*

And as soon the food arrived, it came like a bullet train, dish after dish after dish!

First dish, the wantan handmade noodles....

The noodles were very.... Flour-ry.... But not bad!

And next, siu lung pao... =)

As soon as you pick it up, you can feel the weight of the soup...

And when you take a bite, yum yum!!!

Salted egg prawns!!!! I miss prawns!

We must have vege... A more healthy choice, mushroom with tofu.

And my favourite dish, fried chicken with dried chilli! The crunchy texture mixed with the spicy taste...

And after finishing all the small bite chickens...

Amazing the quantity of dried chilli used!

The last dish, deep fried peking duck!

With the other ingredients to go with....

Oh my what a lovely meal!!! Even our bowls are damn clean!

And the total damage... All I can say is, thanks MR & MRS LAU! You've made our day!

After lunch, wait no further, I introduced Kay Wee to Shojikiya. RM5.90 ice cream galore... =D

After walking our butts off at 1U, we headed to Ikano power centre where I satisfied my crave for IKEA hot dogs!!! ^^

Also tried their RM1 curry puff which was not bad as well.

And this caught my attention... I recalled cheesie eating this in Japan! Oh, the influence of blogs. =P

Went we got ours, I was surprised it was so small.... If you're still wondering what it is, its actually crepes covered with fresh cream and toppings...

Day 1 of D'4 Shopping Marathon

After the KL Trip, the four of us stayed in KL for another extra 3 days...

On the first day, it was serious shopping for us as we headed off to the Starhill district. Mission: Time Square, Sungei Wang and Pavilion!

For breakfast we actually ate near our staying place... Wantan Noodles... =) Not the best I've eaten...

And so we were in Time Square, and who knew, KL was as small as Kuching. Met Lionel there! Just because he read my posting on Twitter. =P

Sempat ambil gambar... Hahaha...

And for lunch, we ate in Mr Ramen. Actually we were looking for Ajisen Ramen! But too bad, no Ajisen near by. BOOHOO!

I ate Chicken Katsu Don set, which was served in a set... One california hand roll...

And the don... Okok... Taste very ordinary...

And then, more shopping... More shopping...

While watching them shop, *damn KL for lacking of plus size shoes and clothing* I ate Famous Amos ice cream with Famous Amos cookie crumbs...

Results.

Opps! It's been awhile since results was out... Well actually only a few days.. =P

still remembered the night before results were published. I was still in KL and for goodness sake, it was my last night!!! Out of all the days to have the results published.

I remembered all so clearly, I couldn't sleep and it was already 3am in the morning. Still can't sleep and eventually the next thing I know, it was 6am already! Sigh... Still not time yet. Go BACK TO SLEEP! Then at 7am awake again. And 8am again. And finally 9.06am, alright!

Jump straight in front of the netbook in the common room. Thankfully it was recently formatted so startup was fast. And when I clicked on the google chrome icon and *ting* 'Webpage cannnot be displayed'. Dang! Internet not connected. On on, and wait again....

While waiting I recall the dream I had during my horrible sleep... Looking at those horrible results on screen, oh how I dread that! And so I digress.

As soon blackboard appeard before my very eyes, my heart beat so hard I could hear it audibly... And click click.....

*Phew!!! Relief!!!* FYI, at first I didn't know how to react.... The results weren't that fabulous but at least I avoided the worst...

All I could say, at last, the wait is over... And so now, I anticipate the new sem... A new change of habit? Work harder maybe? I'll try. ^.^V

The CPAASC KL Industrial Trip, After Hours...

Something that happen so sudden after finals, but actually was planned for quite some time,

our CPAASC KL Industrial Trip. =)

It was also the first time Kay Wee, Nacy, Fany and I went travelling together... ^^

Feeling a bit excited on board MAS. =P I was actually excited to get to KLIA cos I missed it sooo much.. Hahaha... So bored always see the boring LCCT only...

And the best part bout MAS flights, FOOD! I always try to predict whats on the menu and everytime I was hoping they would serve something western rather than curry or rice based dishes. To bad luck wasn't on my side that day.

Alas! Arrival at KLIA! ^^

We stayed in Tune Hotel Sunsuria, Damansara. Despite the many rumours about rooms being very small and what not, I was quite happy with our room as theres quite some space in between and it was pretty clean and comfortable.

Apart from visiting different corporate companies around KL in heels which was definitely torturing, we did other fun(power of 2) stuff...

Finally get to conquer KL Twin Towers! 0.0V

While walking during the evening, we discovered Giza Sunway shopping mall which apparently the standards were lower than Spring. =P

And was fascinated by the surroundings of the whole place. =P

In food splendour, first night we tapau-d Burger King and had a feast in our rooms...

Oh dear Burger King I miss you already!

And ate some scrumptious strawberries bought in the supermarket on the second night...

Also, I introduced to them the wonders of Kayu Nasi Kandar!

And some new stuff I never tried in Kayu, garlic naan!

And tandori chicken! The best! =)

And this my friends, was only the after business hours of fun during the 3 day trip... It's amazing that we were able to go to so many companies in that short period of time... Really a new experience for me...

I Miss Home

If you notice through my tweets and plurks, I'm currently in KL and I was supposed to be in Kuching right now at this moment. Unfortunately and fortunately, I've decided to extend my stay in KL to spend more time with my relatives. And sadly, that means, there will be no posts for the following week. No cable to transfer pictures and no sufficient bandwidth to support my usage. So wait up! I'll be back soon!

To Nancy, Kwee and Fany who has safely landed in cat central, I miss you guys already! The past one week has been completely AWESOME and KL feels so empty without you.

My After Exam Celebration!

Oh yeahH!!!! Exams are finally overrrr!!!!

I even got my hair trimmed and my make up on!!! It's been some time since I dressed up! =)

But then but then, my dark circles are getting more obvious!!! NOOOO!!!!

Kwee, Chloe and I have a special date!

Guess where this is... =P

Looks nice yea... So long I've not been here and within that period, so much has changed....

3 of us were on a movie date to watch Karate Kid....

Well, we were supposed to catch the 5.30pm movie at MBO, but since I was late to pick them up and it was jam up everywhere *like I didn't anticipate that*.

And so we decided to go to Star for the 6.45pm movie and waited for time by camwhoring. =P

Jacob was in time to join the movie!!! Miss him. =P

After the movie, we had supper at the open air market.... Beef noodle and Sio Bee!!! NICE!

And after that, like you can see, we ended up at the new wing of Waterfront. The breeze was good and a good night for a date.. Foursome. =P

Aside the Stress

Exam week has been hectic all the while.... And going crazy is not abnormal at all... Observe...

Is this what you should do? Is this even coming out in your exams? =P

And while doing assignments.... We even saw this....

Who was even that free to change the keys!!! Idiotic people.. Make it so hard to coordinate! We even helped them correct the keys... First time looking at the keyboard parts...

But when you think you have too much, take a break!!!

It's been awhile since I had doughnuts, and it never tasted better!!!! =D

And also, walk around Spring like theres no test tomorrow...

Camwhore like theres no need for test tomorrow!

And act as if your test was over!

And when you're done with that, slap yourself and panic yourself out with exams once again. LOL!

Movie Till 3am

One random night, I think, I THINK, I was supposed to study, I got a call from Beybie as she wanted to get the pictures from Damai... And yea, I told her to come over...

And boy did I have a surprise. =P

Its been some time since I've met Effa. She was my good friend when we were in Primary School and apparently we grew apart during secondary school as we were in different classes...

Chilling in my room, it felt great to reignite those happy nostalgic moments when we were young.. *as if I was so old*

And of course, it was great to meet her again!

Apparently, the stayover turned into a movie night which turned hair wire since the horror movie we were watching was not that horrific... Tick Tock Tick Tock, the time turned 3am. WOW!

And now, Effa is back in KL and Effa!!! You still owe me karaoke!!! Come back fast!!!!

In the midst of everyone busy preparing for exams in Swinburne round 13- 15 June, I on the other hand chose to go Damai instead with the besties...

Too bad Sabrina and Khairah couldn't be there! We missed you!!!

Ingredients you need for the best kick ass pizza::

Mozerella Cheese

Cube Pineapples

Pan fried mushrooms and sausages

And the secret ingredient. =P

Be very generous with the serving on the pizza base!

Top it with handful of cheese...

Set it in the oven for 25 minutes

And voila!

Jogoya, Starhill

In Kuching, the only place we go for buffet is Crowne, Hilton or Holiday Inn. And recently, we have Pullman and Four Points.

But nothing can top what I had experienced! Jogoya, situated at Starhill opposite Pavillion is an experience like no other. I've never saw so much choice of food and so big space for a buffet. We're talking all the buffet in Kuching combined together. Can you imagine that??!!

A whole section for Thai food....

Another whole section for Italian food....

And then another whole section for Chinese food...

Another whole section for dim sum!!!

And raw sushi!!!

And sushi!!!

And there you have it.... The biggest buffet I've gone so far! OMG.... They even have shark fin soup served like theres no tomorrow!

Popeyes, KL

During my UKM trip, I visited Popeyes. I always saw this fast food chain as I walked past the long rows of the food districts in the KL shopping centres...

I ordered the original chicken set which came with a lil of everything. Chicken, chicken tenders and buffalo wings..

Honestly, nothing special... It wasn't that good... It was just okay... the mash sauce was different but I wouldn't favour it for long term sake. But they had some salt biscuit thingy which was soft and was not what some fast food chains would serve...

Do only thing I like were their fries... Different!

I also ordered their shrimp burger. Edinameter says fail! Bun was too dry and filling was too plain as well...

Verdict:: Certainly, not worth going too. Better off going KFC or McD.

My Temporary Getaway, NOT!

After WSDC, I was overwhelmed that I was able to escape from the hectic assignments and tests for awhile!

All excited, on the way to the big city in the bus!

Our first stop right after we placed our bags down was Sunway.

And already on the first day I felt my purse drying up like the dessert! The horror....

If I receive enough likes for this post, I'll post up the clothes I bought from this trip... =) So like like like!!!

Finally got the chance to try Cinnabon's cinnamon rolls.

Despite the fact that I've been to KL often, I never got the jodoh to try Cinnabon. And the edinameter approves of the cinnabons! The only downside was that it was quite oily...

The guys! And I'm the only girl walking with them. =( Sophia wasn't in KL yet that time...

And oh yea, we got the chance to watch JJ and Ian...

Apparently they were doing this ice hockey challenge thingy... Interesting though to see them play.. =)

Makes me wanna play as well. I'll make a mental note to go ice skating one day!!!

For snacks, we went to Tony Roma's....

The Onion Rolll! YES!

And the almighty ribs!!!

That night, we watched Ip Man 2 and damn I tell you, the movie was good!

And the next day, I had my first experience at the IMAX theatre... Too bad there was no 3D movie... But too test out the five story high screen, the theatre was good... But the movie sucked big time.. Ironman 2! I even fell asleep during the movie!

And our room! We stayed at Suns Inn Mentari. Not bad the place... For a good price too... However a bit too far from town...

Ermm... I realised the pictures I'm showing are a little deceiving. It seems as if I'm on a stress free vacation... However, thats not the case. I was in KL with the debaters for my very first debate Tournament in Univesiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

In the bus filled with what seems like thousand of people hugging our luggages on the way to KL Sentral.

And here we are, UKM! We were so hyped up for the competition but by the time the motions came out, we were as dead as hell... At least thats the case for my team mates and I....

Three of us... I know we have tried our best to debate... But, lady luck just wasn't on our side.... =( And by the time I knew there was no chance to advance to quarters, I ditched UKM as fast as light. Got my uncle to pick me up and I met up with the rest of the debaters when they left UKM.

And oh ya, I saw the ice cream that Kah Ling ate in her blog from Shojikiya.... I had to try it!!! Watermelon ice cream is SOOOO GOOOD!!!! Especially when the seeds are actually chocolate beads!Of course, you should never leave KL without a meal in Carls Jr. EVAR!!!
